The energy of Butterfly Blessings has been with me for a very long time. Perhaps forever. It has grown from the sun of my spirit and the wise earth of my body. It has nourished the vital river flowing through me and awakened my subtle senses with inspiring winds. This energy is very dear to my heart because it is the medicine received in my own healing. It has loved me generously through deep change and profoundly challenging experiences. To come to know its energy has been my greatest gift. Butterfly Blessings was born in gratitude for such blessing.

When we perceive through the eye of the heart, we behold the great beauty within Life. Within everything. This is the devotion of my every day. It is woven through the mothering of my children, the way I grow in relationships, the way I walk through the world.
In reverence of the beauty of being.
Each step a blessing.
A communion with Life, received and returned.

Butterfly Blessings, though birthed by me, was guided through study and living practice.
Nurtured by earth-based magical traditions, Andean cosmology, evolutionary astrology, hypnotherapy and trance work, plant communion, sound and energy healing…. and the profound lessons of life.
I truly thank all my teachers, of form and formlessness. I thank my loving ancestors and the ancestors of the land on which I live. I thank the blessing of this Life and its spiraling, mysterious beauty.
