Client Waiver Agreement and Cancellation Policy

Thank you so much for booking a Butterfly Blessing. I am looking forward to being with you soon.

Please understand that by booking a session, you are in agreement to the below policies and consent waiver.

• I understand that Emily Hill does not diagnose conditions nor prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances and is not a licensed medical professional.
   

• I hereby acknowledge my responsibility in communicating any physical and psychological concerns that might impact my participation in this session.
   

• By booking a session, I understand and acknowledge my consent and take full personal responsibility for any outcomes. I understand that Emily Hill and Butterfly Blessings make no claims and hold no responsibility for results. 
   

• I understand that this session is for entertainment purposes only.
   

• By booking this session, I have agreed to this waiver as a complete and irrevocable release of any liability. 
   

• Our relationship is exclusively governed by New Zealand law.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that once you have booked an appointment, it means that Emily has reserved time in her schedule exclusively for you. You can reschedule your session with 48 hours notice by emailing connect@thebutterflyblessings.com . There are no cancellations once booked.

I hereby certify that I have read this document and I understand its content. I am aware that this is a release of liability as well as a contract. By booking my session, I agree to it in full.
