"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder"

The above saying holds many truths, including some deeply magical ones, about the nature of perception and how it shapes our experienced reality.

Though there are a kaleidoscope of ways to find beauty in the world, there are also just as many ways to homogonise our perception of it. Therefore, it is a radical act to re-wild our inherent abilities by playing in the curious and mysterious field of beauty. By doing so, we help unbox and unhem its culturally measured perimetres.

The powerful practice of conciously honouring beauty is not passive but reciprocal. When we behold beauty, we become vessels for its vibration and amplify it in the world. Have you ever noticed what happens when you experience something beautiful with embodied presence? How its blessing stimulates a natural flow of energy within the heart. A frequency of divine gratitude, both activating and intimate, while simultaneously graceful and expansive.

When we are present to it, this energy can be channeled to cleanse or attune to what some may call our "higher selves" or essential nature. Distraction, scarcity, smallness and separation pale in the brilliance of Life's divine Beauty. We feel lit with its light from within and to be alive to life is to truly live.

Beauty deeply nourishes us when we let it, creating a sense of satiation at a core level. When Beauty truly calls, inspires or activates us, we are being gently but powerfully guided. Beauty is an important signal for where the marrow of meaning is located in our lives. It grounds us in our purpose because it grounds us into Presence. Beauty initiates us into the act of not-forgetting.

The wise balance of Beauty asks us to reflect on who is really receiving when perceiving it in the world. The being of Beauty itself or the presence that awakens to it? Energetically, when we give, we receive and when we receive, we give. This is the great communion of consciousness. A presence that can prevail even within the most tragic and tender of times. To see Beauty is not to ignore suffering and challenge or to covet pretty belongings but to remember the true beauty belonging to Life.

Each breath, each leaf, each tear, each dawn, each death. The sacredness is always there. We just get to choose to be present to it or not. Divine Beauty creates a chrysalis out of any cage though its transformational qualities.

May you carry the essence of Beauty through all your creations as you would carry the scent of a rose.

May we we become Beauty as we walk its path in the world.

You are Beauty as you walk your way in the world.

In appreciation,

xxx Emily
